Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling for a full refund. Requests made within this 24-hour window will incur the full session fee to respect our tutors' preparation time.
Lateness & Cancellation
To ensure operational efficiency and fairness to our tutors, please note that if a student is 15 minutes late to their session, Refining Roots is entitled to cancel the lesson. In such instances, the session will still be charged in full. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as repeated lateness may unfortunately affect future bookings.
